Break the prison!
One of the most demanded series. But my main story of course is not about this awesome and adventurous series. For those fan out there, keep on watching.
Last Saturday i managed to had a chance to join a program namely “We Care We Share” which was held at Penjara Kajang. It was a great experience for me as this was my first time to approach such a group of people. Again sameĀ like other program, our target were the youngsters or teenagers.
What had we done over there? Well our objective was about “solat“ or prayer. We were sperated in a smaller group of 13-15 peoples. In the small group, we tried to help them in term of solat. The basic of solat as a Muslim. It was very interesting because they are very active and participative. We can see their eagerness to learn and ask whatever doubt they had.
This program is a small scale program which is organized by Datin Fauziah@Umi under one independent non-government organization. they are only about 9 of us in this program. Speak about Datin, actually we had met before. It was during the trip to Sarawak organized by the Ministry of Unity, Art and Culture.
Just to share some information and experience during the program. When the moment i step into the jail through the big gate, there was an uneasy feelings of scared and horror. With a big wall surrounding the area and high gate together with the guard, it really feel like out of the world. There are block where the people wait for death sentence. And the peoples have different colour of shirt indicating their status in the cell.
I cannot write any longer. I have class. Lately i’m having connection problem. Thus i’m unable to write this post where it supposed to be posted on Saturday. We areĀ not allowed to bring in any electronic item like camera and handphone. Hence there is no picture available in the cell. But we did manage to snap photo at the entrance which i’ll attached it later.
In a nutshell, think of the consequences before we act. There is no such thing that we can determine or judge who is right or wrong and punish them. The LAW is invented ot introduced for a purpose. No matter how is it, the law is always there and remember the truth will always prevail.
